Full-time position: call centre / administration

Your responsibilities:

  • Operating our call centre using software and a headset
  • Professionally handling customer enquiries and forwarding them to the right contacts
  • Scheduling appointments in various systems as well as advising and providing information on products according to customer specifications
  • Welcoming guests and customers
  • Independently processing a range of commercial customer orders

Working student in telephone service (inbound)

Your responsibilities:

  • Operating our call centre
  • Professionally handling customer enquiries and forwarding them to the right place
  • Providing product information according to specifications and information about our services
  • Supporting your colleagues with administration and any orders that come up
  • Working hours: at least 15 h/week during the lecture period, ideally more during the lecture-free period

The following prior knowledge is an advantage

  • Confident spoken and written German and English
