Holiday cover — do you take over our telephone service during holidays?
Yes, we take over your telephone service on a daily or weekly basis as well, e.g. while you are on holiday. We set up a special phone number for you to which you can divert your calls. After every call you receive a detailed e-mail with the content of the conversation, so that you have a complete overview upon your return.
Business address — how does the registration work?
We offer you a representative business address for your headquarters, a branch office or a national subsidiary for international companies. After the commercial registration with the responsible authorities, we receive visitors on your behalf, take note of their concerns and inform you promptly. Our meeting rooms are optionally available to you. You can also individually define the handling of your incoming post according to your wishes.
Telephone service — what are the benefits for me?
With our telephone service you gain valuable time for your core tasks without being interrupted by incoming calls. Your calls are answered professionally on your behalf and you receive an e-mail notification with the most important information about the conversation.
Availability after business hours and on weekends
Outside our business hours (17:00–08:00 as well as on weekends) you can use a customised answering machine. The messages left are forwarded to you promptly by e-mail, so you always stay up to date. Simpler enquiries are handled directly by our AI.
Call forwarding — how does it work?
Your phone system can be set up so that calls are forwarded to us immediately, when the line is busy or after a certain number of rings. The setup usually takes no longer than one day.
Call notifications — how am I informed?
You decide how you would like to be informed about incoming calls — by e-mail or SMS with the most important details such as the caller's name, company, phone number and reason for calling. Urgent calls can be forwarded directly to you on request.
