What does an office or coworking desk cost?

We deliberately do not quote a flat rate, because size, duration and equipment determine the price. After a short conversation you receive a concrete quote in which all utilities and meeting-room use are already included.

Can I book the meeting room without renting an office?

Yes. The meeting room can be booked by the hour and seats up to eight people. Whiteboard, flipchart and a large screen are provided; a projector can be added.

What exactly is domiciliation?

You use our address as your business address for legal notices, letterheads and business registration, and we receive your mail. Workplaces can be added modularly whenever you need to be on site.

Are the rooms furnished and ready to use?

Day office and meeting room are air-conditioned, fully equipped and ready to use. Permanent offices in Freiburg (25 to 52 m²) are let furnished or unfurnished, with no minimum term and three months' notice.

Where are the locations and what about parking?

In Freiburg we are at Engelbergerstraße 19 in the city centre, with an in-house underground car park; in Lahr at Lammstraße 6.
