CEO, Head of Smart-Solution-Finding

Since founding o&p in 2000, Evelyn has held all the threads in her hands as managing director — with heart, humour and a lot of experience. No day is like another, and that's exactly what she loves: new people, new challenges and constantly fresh perspectives. Her customers can always count on one thing: honesty, friendliness and a smile — if needed she'll even lend hers. After work things get creative and family-focused: in the garden, wood carving, spending time with the grandchildren or travelling.

Denise Paul — CEO at office & phone

CEO, Multitask Manager

For more than 20 years Denise has been a constant part of o&p — starting as a holiday-job assistant, today as managing director and all-rounder for almost everything that comes up. She loves the contact with people, the daily mix of new tasks and the feeling of really being able to help. Respect and genuine collaboration with customers are especially important to her — many of them she has accompanied for years. In her free time it's all about her family, her dog Barney, music, books and small outdoor adventures. This year she also wants to travel to Norway and Greece — and finally learn to play the guitar!

Complex-Client-Manager

Ansgar juggles skilfully between telephony and back-office work. He enjoys the challenge of conjuring clear briefs from the briefest customer notes. He relies on trust, direct communication and a good dose of personal responsibility. After work you'll find him out with friends or relaxing in front of a good film — soon also more often in his running shoes again.

Number Ninja

Barbara supports our customers' bookkeeping with great overview and experience. She particularly loves the variety provided by different industries and the personal contact. Her motto at work: as well as possible, as fast as possible. In her free time she enjoys dog sports with her dog — or losing herself in her current favourite TV series.

Director of Getting Things Done

Meral has brought her organisational talent and her humour. Friendliness and fast communication are particularly important to her in working with customers. A bit of fun belongs to it for her too. In her free time she's out with her family, her dog or in the garden. She'd also love to learn an instrument — drums or saxophone preferably.

As a working student Ludwig supports the o&p team with everything from data maintenance to telephone service. He loves direct contact with people and finds joy in solving problems. His big goal: to study in South Korea for one year in 2026.

At reception, on the phone and in administration, Katja makes sure no request slips through the cracks. She loves that no two days are alike — handling every direction at once like an octopus. With clients she relies on friendliness, meeting people as equals and a smile. Her motto: just get it done. In her free time she's out with her family, on football pitches or with a good book.

Michael Paul — AI Interpreter at office & phone

At o&p, Michael takes care of everything around artificial intelligence — and how it makes everyday life easier for our customers. His motto: “Harness the good of AI without ignoring the risks.” He translates complicated topics into language everyone understands. After work he writes books, gives talks or enjoys time with his family, his garden and his grandchildren.

Jana Fehrenbach — Phone Virtuoso at office & phone

Phone Virtuoso

Jana has been part of the team since January 2026 — looking after accounting, secretarial work and telephony. Club management in EasyVerein is especially in her hands. On the phone she's in her element: “I've always loved a good chat.” With customers, friendliness and a respectful rapport matter most to her. In her free time you'll find Jana with a good book, at her book club or at a festival.
